• Payment information (processed securely by Paystack — we do not store card details)

• Provide and maintain the Shepherd platform
• Send important account notifications and updates
• Process payments via Paystack
• Improve our services based on usage patterns
• Respond to support requests

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with enterprise-grade security. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to your church's data is restricted to authorised members of your organisation only.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Supabase (database hosting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Paystack (payment processing)
• Vercel (application hosting)

All third parties are bound by their own privacy policies.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your church
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your church's data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your records.
